I have made my way through a whole NY Times crossword, and only needed help with two words. Granted, it was a Monday, but I still think that's pretty good.
The two words:
53a. Three Letter Combo (7 letters) I had TRI _ _ A _ (I hadn't heard of the word at all)
37d. Travelers (8 letters) I had V _ Y _ _ _ E _ _ (though, after seeing the answer, I feel dumb for not getting it)
Next, onto Tuesday!!
Trigram and Voyagers. The G in both crossed.

I'm jealous. I've never gotten that close to finishing one. Don't you just hate it when you can't get a word that seems so obvious! I would never have gotten Trigram though, never heard that word. Goodonya!
